I graduated from the University of California, Merced in 2014 with a B.A. in Cognitive Science. I was fortunate enough to become a research assistant under Katherine Livins, Ph.D. in the Spivey lab learning how to manipulate eye-tracking technology. I also assisted Eric M. Chiu, Ph.D., and Jessica Ross in the Sensorimotor Neuroscience Lab and became the technical liaison between the motion capture lab and Vicon Nexus. I was so enthralled with my undergraduate experience at UC Merced that I had to stay for graduate school!
While I'm not data crunching, zapping people's brains, or making people tap along to metronomes, I love traveling, dancing, and scheming up ways to sneak a cat into my apartment.
